The Spa at Peninsula Hotel in Chicago was definitely a cut above the rest. It had a more earthy quality in the decor than I had initially expected but overall the space was beautifully designed and done with the utmost taste. The customer service was also impeccably hospitable and gracious. But the most exciting part of the Peninsula Spa experience was the treatment I received.
